Boosting traffic

I was advised by an "SEO expert" to schedule my posts hourly. Obviously I rotate them, and don't do that on FB, but I do on Twitter. He said it's a way to get my content out there.I don't have many page views and I wonder if it's simply because people aren't interested in senior dog topics, Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.Thanks, HindyContinue

Over the past 24 hours, I've found at least 4 different blogs/websites that have blatantly stolen my blog content. I mean, copied and pasted every single word and posted it on their site and claimed it as their own - including photographs!
