I don't have the counter on my site, but a lot of bloggers are sharing the countdown to BlogPaws daily counter. As of right now, there are only 26 days left! OMD! I am not ready! And, I'm one of the people running the conference!
Luckily for me, there are a LOT... I mean a LOT, of other bloggers who are helping.
Not just the attendee bloggers and newbies, but old hats at BlogPaws who are our Paws on Patrol (POPs) available to everyone who has a question or who gets lost in the hotel. Don't laugh...I'll get lost in the hotel so I hope one of them is around for me to ask directions of! OMD!
Here's some interesting info: BlogPaws isn't an exhibit expo. I'm learning that some people have that misconception - as if they're going to come, tool around the tables, pick up swag, and go have lunch somewhere to talk about the stuff in their bags.
Oh no, far from it! BlogPaws is a conference.
The purpose of BlogPaws for bloggers is to bring great education in social media to them, to connect them with the amazing brands who sponsor the conference, and to provide a networking opportunity to final meet all their bloggy friends. All of that happens, all day long, from Thursday afternoon's workshop with the fantastic Kenn Bell, to Betsy Saul of Petfinder's opening keynote, to all the Friday sessions and Friday night networking (something new this year - you will be astonished by what we're doing - it's fun and interactive for brands and bloggers) to the Saturday keynote with Lena West (back by popular demand!), to all the Saturday sessions and fun and concluding with the over the top Red Carpet Event - sponsored by Free Kibble and Halo - BlogPaws' own Nose-to-Nose Pet Blogger Awards ceremony and pawty!
Whew! I ran out of breath there!
