Travel Safely with your pets all year long
Do you plan ahead when traveling with your pet. More and more people travel with pets, taking them on road trips, camping, or wherever else they may be going. Do you travel with your pets? Do you have some tips you’d like to share?

The last few years I have camped with my 3 dogs and I have found several things that work very well with multiple dogs. An exercise pen, actually I have 2 pens hooked together, that way the dogs have room and I’m not tripping over leashes, and a dog tent – they love the tent, which I keep inside the pen. Of course when we go to bed in the tent, they come inside with us. My husband ties the dog pen on top of the car so it doesn’t take up much space. See my blog about this at Dog tent.

I do travel a lot with my dog. For hotel listing that take pets I like http://www.bringfido.com It always seems to have the most accurate info. Also I always take a copy of my dog’s vaccination record along, just in case.

That’s great info. Copy of vaccination records are essential cause you just never know. Thanks for sharing.
