Comment by Bear Paws on March 18, 2013 at 10:45am Hi all. I just figured I'd drop in and introduce myself.
I am the proud pet-parent to the ever loving Bear and a new voice in the online dog-blogging community. My mission statement is to spread as much dog and pet-care knowledge around as possible in hopes that something I say will resonate with a fellow pet-owner, and they in turn, will share that resonance. The Bear's P4ws blog (http://bearsp4ws.blogspot.ca/) is a site that is dedicated to tips, tricks and news about dogs, dog food, dog training, dog rescues, dog raising and doggy life. We try and include something for everyone, and are always happy to make new friends.
Keep your tails wagging, Bear's P4ws
Comment by Dawn Ross on February 17, 2013 at 8:52am Francesca, I think I will do a challenge. Pierson's learned a lot of tricks since I got him last January. He is super-smart, loves to learn, and will do just about anything for a treat. :)
How do I keep up with all my sites? I have no idea. I have a huge to-do list and chip at it little by little. I also don't blog everyday. I post about twice a week for two of my blogs, then sometimes once a week on my writer's blog (although I have taken a step back from that blog until I get my PetAutoSafety retail site redesigned).
Comment by Francesca Villa on February 17, 2013 at 8:36am Hey Dawn! Thanks my Joker is always willing to please I'm so proud of him. You should do the challenge too! I did it because I am always training a new trick, and I thought a challenge would be a good idea to give me more things to write about on my blog. Plus durring the period I decided to do this lots of New Year Resolution posts where all over the net so I wanted to do something different.
I know about what you mean about Winter. I too get lazy durring the winter time. The cold weather makes me want to do nothing. I have just seen that you have lots of blogs, and sites. That is amazing! How do you find the time? I have one blog, and it is so hard to keep up!
Comment by Dawn Ross on February 16, 2013 at 6:14pm Nice to meet you Francesca. I just saw the video of Joker doing all those tricks. What a smart dog! I should do such a challenge with my Aussie mix Pierson. I was teaching him a bunch of new tricks in the spring but when winter came, I got lazy.

Comment by Canadian Book Lady on January 10, 2013 at 10:40am Hi everybody! I'm Stella the Great Newfenees' scribe. She's a Gt. Pyr/ Newf cross living in the Boreal forest of Canada. She's head of security for the Campbell Estate, and she moonlights as the bookshop dog at Elizabeth Campbell Books. She asked me to invite some big dog lovers to visit her blog. She'd love to make some new friends!

Comment by Rama's Mama on August 30, 2012 at 1:59pm I have just started a new blog about my two loves--food and dogs. It will feature recipes and of course, dogs. :-) Please come check it out and give it a follow!
Comment by Lauren Smith on August 29, 2012 at 11:02pm I am in the process of starting a blog that will features a collection of bloggers/professionals in the pet industry all in one location. It will have an emphasis on dog health, safety or general dog related information. It will be a blend of different writing styles. I am looking for bloggers/writers to join us. You can simply post whenever you have time, there are no deadlines to meet. You would be given a login and password to the blog and you will be able to post at your own leisure. The only requirement is that all posts must be unique, no duplicate content allowed.

It fits in well with my healthy homemade dog treats business that I started after reading all the scary reports of dogs getting sick and dying from dog treats from China. You don't have to talk about my products at all. Emphasis will be on dog health, safety or general dog related information.
