This is a group for the trick dog trainer, and the trick dogs.
Does your dog know any tricks, or would you like to teach some? Do you include pet tricks on your blog with videos or posts? Training tricks with positive reinforcement is a lot of fun, and has many benefits for your dog. I hope to bring all "tricksters" together to share, connect, and support each other.
Join the Trick and Stunt Dogs Group to share your tricks and training, and enjoy connecting with others.

Comment by Linda Messina on October 9, 2012 at 5:40pm Reba is a bit old to start learning tricks but she does read a lot and she found this article today. How To Teach Your Dog New Tricks.
Comment by CJ and My Favorite Pup Jasmine on August 23, 2012 at 12:02am Jasmine has a new trick video up! (It just got featured on our local news!) So I was kinda excited about that. :) Jaz's new trick is doing the laundry. (When she learns how to fold and put it away, then my training will be complete!) ;) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rw-fX-SUhB0&list=UUS91YQoGBhUyQ8...
Sounds like fun CJ! I'm sure you'll get some talented players out there. Basketball isn't a skill we have here, although it's a trick I'd like to work on with my parrot.
Comment by CJ and My Favorite Pup Jasmine on April 9, 2012 at 12:45am Hi guys!! I am compiling a group video of DOGS PLAYING BASKETBALL!
If you would like to participate....here's what I'm looking for: shots of your dog playing basketball.... carrying, catching, and dunking the ball- shot from all different angles.
Here's what I am looking for: 1) Recorded Outside (a driveway, park, or basketball court), 2) Shot with a tri-pod or steady hand. 3) No humans in the video. I'm trying to create a video where it looks like the dogs are playing on their own.
Please make sure the file is in a .mov format, and label it something with your Basketball and your dogs name. (to help me keep them straight!)
I'm hoping to get a bunch of different dogs- to make it interesting! :D Then I'm going to compile them into a group video, and upload it to Jasmine's YouTube channel. And I'll email you a copy- if you want to upload it on your YT page too! :D I'm hoping to have all the videos in the next 2 weeks (or sooner if possible!) So if you want to participate, let me know and I'll get you the details of where to send the video.
