Dog Trick Blog collaboration

Anyone up for doing some sort of dog trick collaboration project on our blogs? I had tried started a challenge using Kyra Sundance's 101 Dog Tricks book with the goal of teaching a new trick each week for 3 weeks out of the month.  It would be great to do something with other bloggers.

2 tricks a month sounds good. I know if it was a trick a week I would get overwhelmed quick, but a minimum of 2 tricks a month would be doable for me.

We could start a Facebook Group for the challenge and then anyone who doesn't have a blog can join in.

Im excited to get started on the challenge, but Im still not sure how it works. I have seen similar challenges where people teach a new trick every week. Maybe we can do teach your pet two new tricks a month and post progress and videos on your blog each week. Also what if someone wants to join who is not a blogger? Could they share their tricks some other way like FB? We could also post on our blogs trick ideas and tips to help people out. Im thinking we might need one main page that explains the challenge and has the links to our blogs. Im just shooting out some ideas though. Let me know what you guys have in mind.

Should i make a group or page on fb? To set up a group i will have to add a few people before it lets me create it.

I just want to be clear on the details so I can explain them on the page. I came up with this little guide that way bloggers in the challenge have something to post about each week of the challenge. This is just a rough draft. If you guys could give me your input and clean it up a little that be great. We dont have to use this if yous prefer just a free form. Also if we do something like this Im thinking anyone can jump in at any point rather than have a start date. That way it keeps things going.

Week 1
To get started tell us about the pet or pets you will be working with and what two tricks you will be working on.
Add the badge to your blog or site.
Let your friends know you are participating in the challenge and get others on board.
Post Idea For Bloggers
Post about the tricks you will be working on. Tell us about the pet or pets involved. Any particular reason you picked these tricks? Any other thoughts about the challenge?
Link up! Share the links of other bloggers participating in the challenge on your own blog. Show your support by following.

Week 2

Tell us about your progress. Share videos if you have them.

Post idea For Bloggers

Along with sharing your progress, share one trick idea that is not one you are working on in the challenge. Maybe it is something you have already taught your pet or just another trick you came across. Share video and a little about the training progress if you have it.

Week 3

How is the training process going? Any difficulties? Share video if you can.

Week 4

Show off your finished tricks

Post Ideas for Bloggers

Tell us about the training process and your experince with the challenge.
