Help with HTML- Drop Down Menu

I use Google Blogger and on my blog I had a drop down menu. I changed the background template from a fall theme to a winter theme and for some reason that got rid of my drop down menu, so now there are just two offset menu bars instead that look ugly. How do I change it back to a drop down menu, can anyone help please? I’m not very good at computer stuff 🙁
