Hi everyone,
I’m not sure this is the right place to post however, I hope someone might step forward to help;
Another volunteer (Dahlia from Mighty Mutts) just posted on the FB page of one of the shelters I volunteer for about a hoarding situation in Quebec. 80 Husky dogs seized and although every effort will be made by 3 or 4 organizations to foster/rehabilitate as many as possible, it is likely that many will be PTS December 20th (Not a Merry Christmas).
Issues range from extreme timidness to fear aggression.
Transport to Toronto is being arranged for those lucky enough to have offers of care. If you have any connections in the GREATER TORONTO AREA ONLY, please reach out to them now.
Dahlia is interested in hearing from anyone experienced with fostering and/or rehabilitation, or anyone that knows of a rescue organization that can help out.
