What have you done to ‘Be the Change’ recently?

My staff sponsors a couple of ferrets in permanent care in my local rescue. Each of them is a biter and when they bite it is severe and unpredictable. Sha has made it a point to go and visit them once a month to bring them toys and play with them – they really enjoy the new gifts she brings! Although she has left with new bite marks every time, it is worth it for Pumpkin and Nibbles to have someone who comes to visit them specifically and is willing to put up with their *painful* antics. The staff understands the risks of going to play and interact with those two – she must like the bites I guess…

I try to raise awareness of cockers in need by facebooking, tweeting, retweeting and telling people at events about them. I also try to donate with whatever I can  — items the fosters need. What we cannot donate in money – we can in goods needed.
